Yes, you can get paid from anywhere in the world in any of the currencies. You can accept payments using credit and debit cards or any local wallets from around the world. 2. What are Payment Gateway services?
A payment gateway is a service that authorizes and processes payments online for various businesses including for e-commerce websites. We securely transmit transaction information between your customer, yourself (i.e. as a Merchant), and our settlement banks.
3. How businesses and corporates can use your service?

4. Is there any minimum volume of payments required to use this service?
Absolutely not - You can start benefitting from our services with any number of payments and from anywhere in the world. Contact Us to start your onboarding process. We just need to be sure that you are part of accepted industries per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
5. As a business, do I need my bank to approve to use this service?
Not at all. We can process payments globally and there is no need for you to open an account with us. You can continue your account relationship with your bank and get your credits directly into your current bank account.
6. What documents do I need to send to you for onboarding and KYC?
Contact Us to get the list. It is your standard company documents and documents of one of the Directors. You don't need to prepare or get any other documents.
7. What payment methods do you support in India?
We support a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (like Paytm and Google Pay), including offering recurring payments.
8. Is my data secure with BenePay?
Absolutely. we use advanced encryption technologies and comply with PCI DSS standards to ensure that your data is fully protected. Besides, we do not store your customer card or account details.
9. Can I embed your payment gateway service for my mobile app?
Yes, you can directly integrate your app with us similar to any website integration to provide a seamless payment experience.
10. How do I integrate your service with our application or website?
Integration with us is very simple. You can use our API documents on our portal. But, If you need any assistance, we are here to help.
11. Can I use without integration?
Absolutely. Start using our service immediately by uploading your payment details in a very simple excel sheet or by initiating payments from your account with us.
12. How long does it take for payments to be cedited to us?
We credit your bank account within One working day for all payments either paid in India or from anywhere in the world. Irrespective of customer payment method, we credit your account in T+1 days.
13. How do you handle refunds and chargebacks?
You can initiate refunds directly through your account dashboard. If you don't want refunds, you can disable that option to your employees. For chargebacks, our support team will work with you to resolve disputes and resolve between all the parties.
14. Can I set up recurring payments or subscriptions?
Yes, we support recurring payments for subscriptions, billing, insurance premiums, and SIP investments We enable it on different payment methods. We can offer recurring payments from your international customers as well on their credit and debit cards.
15. Are you PCI DSS compliant?
Yes, our PG providers are fully PCI DSS compliant adhering to the highest standards of payment security set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, ensuring your payments from customers are fully secure.
16. What should I do if I suspect or my customers report a fraudulent activity?
If you suspect or reported of a fraudulent activity, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to protect you, your customers and your account and transactions.
